I last saw Jordan while my recon team were finishing a combat operation in Vietnam.  He was a member of a twelve-man A-team at a place called Hah-Than.  Couldn't believe it!  The extraction helo I was on had to make an emergency landing there due to battle damage.  There was Jordan with that big smile of his.  They had a small club in their team house inside the camp.  We drank lots of ice cold beer (whiskey too) late into the night.  Always remembered him and wondered where he went after all these years.  Hope his life was good and he was happy.  He and I were the only two 65' grads that went through Ft. Bragg NC Special Forces training and served as Green Berets in Vietnam, so far as I know.  We'll meet again one day, Brother.

I remember Jordan, fond memories of going to the football games with him ...Perhaps the classmate that posted, about him dying, could provide us with a few more details ... I believe that he did come to the tenth reunion (1975) because I see his name and then-current Renton address listed in that neat little whos-who brochure that was sent out by the Reunion Committee ... by the way, a belated thank you to that committee for taking the time and effort to put the brochure together.... And Yes, Jordan did indeed have a great smile!

I am very sorry to hear about Jordan. Like too many classmates we didn't cross paths after graduation. Jordan and I were in "hastings" class and had some good memories. I'm happy to see that Terry was lucky to bump in to each other in Vietnam. My heart goes out to Jordan's family and close friends he will be missed. I'm sure we will meet again one day as my friend Terry said already.

I knew Jordan in highschool. His friends called him Jordy. The last time I saw him was in 1983 at Highlands Community Church. My condolences go out to his wife Sandy, his family, and all that knew him. He will be missed for sure. Jordy was one of the good guys. I know that I'll be seeing him again down the road.
