I sat next to Doug at Graduation and remember he did everything he could to make me laugh so I would get over being so nervous. I was the one who had to lead our row up to the front and he made sure to remind me not to trip. No pressure there. When we got back to our seats he said Good Job and smiled. Everytime I think of Graduation I always remember Doug and smile. He was one of the classmates they always wanted to make everyone feel comfortable and liked. He was always saying Hello to the new kids in class. Doug was a very kind person and had a lot of Class. He left us to soon. Rest in Peace Doug we will miss you.
So sorry to hear the sad news about Doug. It's been many years since the last time I saw him, but it was always good to see him whenever we ran into each other over the years. My condolences to his family and friends.
Doug and I had study hall together what a wonderful and fun blessing he was in my life. Back in the day when we girls wore nylons to school Doug always seem to take his pencile and poke a hole in them causing them to run..must of gone through at least four pair a week...what a fun memory of him...rest well me dear friend.
