Tom Cheetham

Unfortunately another one of our classmates has passed. Tom was admitted to a hospital in Montana, where he lived, about a month ago after he had fallen and couldn't get up. It was determined he had an advanced case of brain cancer and he never left the hospital. May Tom's star always shine brightly and Tom may  you know that your classmates will always miss you.

I am so sorry to hear the news about Tom's death, the world has lost one of it's most beautiful people. If anyone is in contact with his family, please tell them that Tom was admired and respected by so many of us at RHS.

I hadn't seen Tom since we both returned from Viet Nam in late 1969 or 70.  We talked about it.  It'd been a bad time for both of us.  Alot of combat.  He was close to my family through my sister.  The war took its toll on him. It did on all of us.  I was headed for Alaska and wished him well.  I never saw Tom again.  I hope his life was a happy one and all the demons went away.  "Gary Owen" Tom!  Terry Pardee
