I'm in agreement with Gayle K. and Gail M. Not to sure on a Dinner Cruise, we have some classmates that just the thought of a boat makes them seasick.  Gayle's comment on Emerald Downs having to many other things going on is a really great point. Cost is going to be a big factor. What kind of facilities do they have at St. Michelle winery? It's a beautiful place, but I'm not familiar with what they have to offer other than some good wine.

Message to Linda West-  thank you for your thoughts and idea  of looking into Ste Michelle Winery as a consideration for Saturday evenings venue.  Part of the 23 October Class Reunion meeting is to form groups to help with the 50th Reunion and bring ideas to the table.

We look forward to information and a package that Ste Michelle may offer that you can gather and present at the meetings.

I think where ever you decide to have the renunion you should take into consideration that we are all in our retirment years and some may be on a fix income it should be cost effictive so all can attend.

I'm in favor of the Dinner Cruise. We have a year to save and plan for, Friday night Tav, Sat. day/night Dinner Cruise and Sunday ????? See what ideas come to the planning table on  Oct. 23rd, it'll all work out, something for everyone.

Looking forward to the planning meeting on Oct 23rd. Like a dinner cruise or winery, not so hot on the race track idea!

The winery is a good option that can be done during the day Saturday PGA 1.61

I'm in favor of a dinner cruise. Banquet halls are old and tired. A cruise would liven the mood. We may all be 68,but some of us are much younger in mind and spirit.

I like the cruise idea, as long as there is enough room to move around and talk to lots of people, not just those at your table.  Emerald Downs or one of the wineries would also be good options.  A formal dinner doesn't interest me, I just want to visit with as many of you during the weekend as possible.  I'm not in town on Oct 23, but would be glad to help with one of the committees.

I would be in favor of the dinner cruise. I plan on coming up for the reunion next year, as it will be the first one since our 20th for me. I hope to have a good visit with all of you.

Karen and I like the idea of a dinner cruise too. However the size of the venue (one in which we will be able to see and interact with as many people as possible) is the most important factor. Looking forward to coming to this significant event-the only other one we have been able to attend was the 25th-so much has changed.

I am in support of whatever arrangements our hardworking 50th.Ann. comes up with.  I haven't been to one of our reunions since the 25th.  We ALL have to be at the 50th!  How do we recognize each other?  I still recognize Chapman tho!  Terry Pardee

I had to giggle at the last post about how will we recognise each other. I look at some of the photo's posted and have to admit I dont recognise alot of class mates...I'm remembering when we all were 17 or 18 :)

How enjoyable it is to see all the communications happening on the Message Forum.  My husband and I will make every effort to come. I have not been able to attend any of the reunions and truly hope to make the 50th. Oh, it would be nice to help with something---but, I'm so far away! I'm sure that whatever the activities---it will all be a success! Nothing less from the class of '65. Hope to see all of you and have some wonderful conversation.

The Fabulous Wailers were still performing not too long ago. There have been many great suggestions for the reunion. RHS '65 was the greatest class ever. We can still do great things!!
